Fall pastel wedding in Montgomery with all of the custom details

There are too many details to count, but I’m going to do my best to touch on our favorites. The pastel floral palette by reimagined for fall really set the tone for the design. Pinks, purples, and blues with fall foliage mixed in made for show-stopping floral arrangements and installations (the ceremony altar and the cake table florals being a few of my personal favorites!) Flora & Fauna nailed this vision. The many custom details from Yellow Rose Calligraphy truly made the day unique and reflective of Avery & Nick. I love how the wedding crest was reimagined in a variety of ways — from the wallpaper of the seating chart to the dance floor vinyl. The hand lettering of many of the paper goods also lent to the romanticism of the design and provided a personal touch for guests. The vintage Cadillac was a surprise addition from our friends at Royal Coach Classic Limo who had just purchased it at the time. It was said to have belonged to Elvis back in the day, or at least be featured in one of his movies, and we were lucky to be the first wedding to use it! The mismatched bridesmaid dresses were a personal favorite amongst the details. Anywhere we can add some subtle pattern, which brings further dimension to the design — I am always on board! And the reception was an absolute party! The dress change for Avery was a perfect choice for her fun and flirty day, and The Pictures Band kept the dance floor crowded all night long. Courtney Leigh Photography & Leslie Margarita Films both captured the day perfectly, and both DINE Catering & Events & Bavarian Cakery treated guests to a premium dining and dessert experience (respectively.)

Amongst all the beauty of this day, what made this a truly special wedding was this sweet couple and their trust for their vendor team. They hired the best of the best, but then didn’t keep a narrow vision of how they wanted things to be. Instead, they trusted that they hired professionals and let us all do what we do best. On the wedding day, I have never seen a group of vendors that was so proud of their work. It was a collaborative experience, and we were all on the same team to make this couples’ dream day come to life! If you want a wedding design that is reflective of and unique to you, and a planning process that eliminates the stress and focuses on the fun — trust and collaboration is how you achieve that!
